Return Policy

  • All returns or refunds in excluniqueeee will be done in line with our individual partner’s return policy and it will also be subjected to the discretion of excluniqueeee.

  • excluniqueeee must first review your returns request before approving it and we only accept returns on products that are in their original packaging.

  • For refunds and exchanges, please notify us via e-mail at enquiry@excluniqueeee.com within three days of receipt of products, and kindly send the products back to us within seven days of receipt.

  • In the event that your product arrives damaged, do email us a photo of the defect(s) within 48 hours and we will get back to you.

  • If you believe that you have received an item by mistake, please email us and we will resolve your issue for you as soon as possible.

  • Please note the shipping costs of returning the product and of receiving an exchanged product are the responsibility of the customer. Please use a trackable and insured shipping service. excluniqueeee will not be responsible for any returned packages lost in transit without confirmation of delivery to excluniqueeee.
