1. What is excluniqueeee?

excluniqueeee is Singapore’s first e-commerce platform that will feature all local exclusive and unique design, music, art, crafts, brands, start-ups all in one single platform. We source from local artisans/crafters/producers to bring the best products from Singapore to all over the world. 

2. You have really unique products! Where do you get them from?

Believe it or not, we source everything locally! We meet up with our vendors to learn more about their brands and also do various collaborations with some of them to bring you the best products that are exclusive and unique.

8. I'll like to sell with you guys. How do I go about doing so?

We would love to have you on board with us! Please send us an email so that we can better know you and your products better.

Shopping & Orders

1. When am I charged?

We charge you in full upon confirmation of your purchase, so be sure to double-check your purchases before you confirm!

2. The item I want is sold out!

Drop us an email and we'll see what we can do to help you. Some of our products may be limited in quantity or discontinued. We will try our best to assist you in any way.

3. Where do you ship to?

We ship both overseas and locally. Within Singapore, we offer free shipping on orders above $75, and also free self-collection services. For overseas orders, we charge a flat fee of $25 for shipping fee for anywhere else outside of Singapore. Check out our shipping policy for more information.

4. What payment types do you accept?

We currently accept Paypal (Mastercard & Visa). For local orders within Singapore, we also accept Cash and NETS payments at our showroom.

5. Why is my item taking so long to arrive?

The estimated shipping time for orders within Singapore is 7-14 days, while that for orders outside of Singapore is 4-6 weeks.Some products may take a longer time to arrive as they are made-to-order, an arrangement we allow to help designers keep their inventory risk low. The estimated shipping time for each product is indicated on its product page. Thus, we may take a little more time to prepare some products for you and may even ship our your order in separate shipments so that you can receive part of your order first. We seek your kind understanding and patience on this.
